I am doing very well since I decided to stop eating when I am not hungry.
It's difficult to stick to an every day calorie range because some days I require more food than others. Some days I work-out and some days I don't. I can't figure out how the calorie range works either. Why do we have a "range" ? Wouldn't someone lose quicker if they stuck to the low end of the range instead of the high end? It doesn't make sense to me.
And what do you do on your "off" days? Do you still eat as much food as on the days that you exercise? Just things I've been pondering.
