Day 194 - Walked / Jogged 4 Miles!

This past week, I was only able to walk / jog 3 miles. Usually by 2.5 miles, my foot starts aching. Then I stop at the 3 mile mark. So frustrated when the weather is perfect!
Today is the last day of nice weather so I set out to do my usual 3 miles in the hopes that I could just do one more mile. By the time I got to the location where my foot starts aching, my foot felt good. I completed my third mile and decided to go one more mile.
A little over a quarter mile later, my foot started aching. Grrrrrr....but I kept onward.
I finished that fourth mile and rested. Yay!
I hope the foot pain is gone by end of next week! I am not sure when I can jog outside again since I picked up a lot of daytime hours. I am working 11 straight days with several days being double shifts.
Somewhere in this crazy work schedule, I need to grocery shop for more romaine lettuce, fruits, and other healthy foods that I can take with me to work. I need to figure out how to get in my exercise as well.
Well, going to bed....up early to be with puppy and then off to a 10 hour shift at work...
