I think I might ask for another photo some where down the line, I was so shocked when I saw it. We will see it might grow on me after a while.
I had Blood work done. I am type 2 Diabetic and A1c is 5.3 average over three months. GOOD!.
I had very high triglycerides and they have finally come down, Excellent!
My HDL the good guys are higher that too is Excellent!
My total cholesterol is up CONSIDERABLY GRRR! NOT GOOD
Worst news of all my LDL, The lousy guy is not good indeed.
I have had PREDNISOLONE throughout this time. It usually elevates my blood sugar. It caused and still is causing me bad headaches. Tonight it is a DOOZY! I called for the appointment I was told to get ASAP and of course it will be at least another week.
In the meantime I still cannot get new lenses for reading till I am off the medication and the IRITIS is still there.
I am taking my headache to bed with a big dose of Ibuprofen suggested by the Drs office. I did get a Flu shot but so far it seems good unless it too is getting to my Noggin.
Tomorrow my walking buddies will walk together again then take me out to lunch. Woo Hoo, a nice great day. I walked again over 10,000 steps.
That has happened several times this week since the others could not walk so I walked with them one at a time. They really walk fast, I used to drag
behind but now I step out with them so that has been a big improvement over a couple of years.
That is why my Blood work is so disappointing with all the exercise and eating mostly within my tracker.
As you saw in the Title I had to chase down my paper trail at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. I called and told them I needed my Dr report back, alas it was shredded. It was in my electronic file and they said they would fax it to me or the DR who needed to see it.
I had no fax and did not know my Drs Fax. #. They gave me a numbed to call to have it sent to my e-mail. I took out my Cell phone and called the number. The woman looked at my address and she sent it to the Bureau near our home as she recognised it is so close. She arranged for me to go to pick it up in reception.
There it was sealed and ready for me to take to the Drs Office so he can fill out his part of the form pertaining to eyes and diabetics, he called the house and said it had been faxed over to the BMV.
Another task completed. Now it is bed time GOOD night and thanks for your support. Pat in Maine.
