I had 1500 steps to meet my 10,000 for the day and didn't want to go down and walk but did it. Talked to hubby about feeling lower motivation with having to walk in evening. I do so much better when I can get this walk/run in in the morning. I also am not running at night :( . I don't like this. I am still making adjustments right now. Hope to not loose motivation.
