Ok, another week come and gone, and I survive!!
I'm going to focus more on fitness this weekend. I've been pretty laid back about exercise this last week especially. I am doing Walk Away the Pounds, but nothing else.
My current job is pretty good for staying active. If I invested in a pedometer I'm sure I'd blow steps per day out of the water... not to mention the loading of furniture, and the carting around of 25-50 lb boxes for 4 hours of my shift.
This isn't a proper excuse for being lackadaisical about my exercise! I am tired when I come home, but not so tired that I can't put forth a little more effort to reach my goals.
So yes, starting tomorrow I'm going to put together a reasonable routine and get my act together. I'm not going to see any results if I don't shake things up.
But, now? I'm going to bed to get a great night sleep.
I'm going to wake up refreshed and ready to face the world (just not the outside world. I'm not going ANYWHERE during ACL weekend...)
I'm going to make the most of the weekend!
