Ok so I worked out at the rec center and did like 2.5 miles there and weights.
Then I walked Simon in the evening from home to CR 29.5 which is only 1.58 miles round trip.
I was looking at my food tracker and I even tho I am always in range for calories,it seems like I need to work on eating less carbs and more protein.
Day 16 of quitting smoking,I really do not miss it,a friend came over earlier and she was smoking and I did not even ask her for one,I really had no desire to smoke :)
I drank like 3 quarts of water today!Have not had any diet soda for like 3 days.
last night I took 3mg of melatonin and I fell asleep faster and it seems like it was easier to wake up in the morning
