So last week while I was shopping I ended up getting a couple of teas because I had been wanting to try and drink more tea instead of flavored water like Mio. I do still need to sweeten it, but I opted for some stevia instead. I have been quite enjoying it really is it because the cold weather hit or did I find the right tea I like? I have a cup with my breakfast, and some through out the afternoon.
Since I have done this I have lost 2 lbs! I'm astonished really just one little change and I find that I'm not craving sugar like I was before. Doesn't stop DH from coming home and making cake pops. We need to work on him LOL.
