Holy crap, I missed Day 100!! Day 105 and I need some input

So it's day 105 for me... Oops. I missed the big 100 and I'm kind of bummed that I was so busy this past week. With a little downtime now, I've decided to catch everyone up!
I'm down a total of 17 pounds. I had a splurge-filled drama-filled weekend last weekend which consisted of visiting a friend at her larger university and having car problems which kept me at the dealership for awhile last Saturday. I definitely ate good (which means I ate what I wanted) but ended up weighing in with only a .2 gain at the end of the weekend. I wanted to poll people who read my blogs and ask - when do you weigh in? I usually do it on Mondays but I find myself feeling extremely guilty because weekends are typically when I deviate from my normal eating plan... So I weighed in today and actually recorded a loss throughout the week; I'm at 137.8 right now. I may change my day to Fridays permanently. I try to weigh in every day because it keeps me more accountable but I only record one day a week, and I think doing it at the end of the weekend/beginning of a new week leaves me very discouraged.
I've also been thinking about getting another gadget to enhance my motivation to run. I was looking into the Spark Tracker but also started looking into the NikePlus watch with GPS. What I would like is something that can record workouts for me because when I do it manually, it never syncs up exactly and the comparison is not close. I want to be able to do my fitness with my Nike apps and have it sync to Spark, but for right now I am just guestimating all my workouts to the best of my ability.
Lately I have been struggling with running. I'm not consistent.. I'm not even sure how I ran 5.5 kilometers on September 21st but I did it. I want to sign up for the Scope It Out 5k on October 19th in Chicago but I'm hesitant because I don't know if I can do it... I guess I'm just having doubts.
On the bright side, I figured out that I've been drinking a lot more water than I thought I've been, so I'm definitely having over 8 glasses a day on average. Woo!
