Today I accomplished a goal of Completing the 28 Day Bootcamp Challenge moving me that much more closer to my main goal of losing the weight I've set out to do and a much more healthier lifestyle. I am sooooo proud of myself for staying focused and on keeping on track throughout the past 4 Weeks. This last week was actually more of a challenge w/a small cold and mild knee soreness, but did the best to my ability w/taking caution in not overdoing it...GO MEEEE!!! Lost a TOTAL of 6 lbs. this Challenge. Didn't lose any this week, but didn't gain any either.....
... now that, is what I'm talking about!!!
I'm ready to take on my next Challenge to keep up the HABIT I've created of keeping in the Zone.
Tomorrow.....NEW CHALLENGE!!! COMING FOR UUUUU!!!!!
