I've been trying to make me a point of focus first. Before the list, before the Spark and before I can use the excuse of "oh dang, the day's gone".
Day three of Shred is pretty brutal. Now, I've been doing the Shred off and on as some of you may know, but what is my biggest flaw? Yes, consistency. So, that's what I'm working on for the next 30 days.
and it's brutal. Day 2 was a nice warm up to day one. but for some reason my legs an arms did NOT want to move today. I just tell myself "one more week"
then it's level 2. oh yeah. Change. finally.
And that's the thing. I think I get lost and frustrated because I never seem to make it past a week on anything goal orientated. so, I'm using THAT as a sub goal to my goal. "just one more day" "Just one more workout"
just do it.
