This week we are focusing on menu planning...all these righteous workouts leave us clamoring for food NOW! We need to have it ready to go.

    Thank you for the links. I am going to check it out now. The rule is true..."your diet controls your fat and exercise is making you feel good." I know because I have over trained and hoped that would make me skinny. It did not work, it is all in healthy eating. You go girl!

Done reading the links. I always cook double or triple portions and freeze the rest in small containers that is portioned control. It is working great for us as we have real healthy food to take to work.
