Here is what I did to make a really good desert
1 sugar free yellow cake mix fixed and baked following directions.
2 boxes of sugar free banana pudding fixed according to the directions.
bananas I used 2
Right after you take the cake out of oven, poke holes in it with the end of a wooden spoon. Make lots of them
Mix up your pudding. pour half of it over cake (cake will still be hot. make sure the pudding goes down into holes. mix the other half of pudding with sliced bananas put over top of cake refrigerate for at least one hour and serve with low fat cool whip
I haven't figured out the calories and etc yet, but I will sooner or later Had a small piece for my breakfast before I took my meds.
Cardiologist callled and I am to go out there and pick up samples of a blood thinner that he wants me on. Will get dressed and get going so I can get back here and start in again
