I do! That's who!
Not only does it help me see in black and white what I need to accomplish, but it totally racks up some points for this Weekend's Challenge in the BLC!!
** I am going to continue to exercise at least 6 days/ week!
**This Monday I am upping my Weight Lifting Sessions to 2 rounds instead of 1, 3 days/week!
**I will do Interval types of workouts on Tues/Thursdays and a flexibility workout on Saturdays (at the least)
**I pledge to do my very best on all Weekend Challenges!
Actually I do very well during the week, so my main focus is the weekend here....
**Do not succumb to the "We have to have pizza on Friday night" mantra! If the fam wants pizza, I do NOT have to have it.
**Stick with the "During the week" meal plan, Genius! This works for you for 4 1/2 days out of 7..... why screw with that?!
**Again, with the Weekend Challenges...... there is always a healthy eating portion to it. I will do it!
**I will keep focusing on what is good in my life. To h*ll with that bad stuff! :-)
Final goal....... STICK TO THE ABOVE PLAN!
