I like this concept:
100 Days of Weight Loss Challenge

She helps you stay on the diet plan you choose. I choose the Alternate Day Diet or for slight variation - the 5:2 diet. I seem to mess up other diets.

    I had printed out a bunch of this stuff - now that I'm moved and getting settled in, I'm ready to jump back on a program too soon!
