I've been working out every day this week.
I kept in my range almost every day (had a slip up when I ate to muffins at Uni).
and yet I gained weigh grr
AND I caught a cold. Still thinking about whether I'm going to work out before work, today or whether it be better for my body to focus on my nose and throat. :/
I can't even breathe properly through my nose hmm.
