I have a simple yet challenging goal. Complete the 6 weeks of The Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout. I have not completed the entire DVD, though I have attempted many times to do so. There is one time that I made it to 4 weeks and by then I had lost 20lbs, and got bored so I moved on to other workouts. But I will never forget how it gave me the jump start that I needed. Now that I am back on the healthy wagon, I'm giving it another go, and this time I will complete it. This is Day 2 by the way!
