Starting a weekly habit

With my job I get Thursday afternoons off. I love my Thursday afternoons. I get my "me" time where I can shop, work on projects, and enjoy life. I also use my Thursdays to step up my exercise game. On weekend days and Thursdays I aim to walk more than 3 miles a day. (My normal daily walk is 2-3 miles.) Recently I've started walking to my daughter's daycare to pick her up on Thursdays. At first I felt a little silly walking 1.3 miles with an empty stroller, but then again....Well, who cares?! I mean, I'm not exactly a tiny fit little thing, but I walk around the neighborhood in curve hugging (comfortable) workout clothes.
