2 marathons in one year. All those miles. All those calories burned. The passes on wine night(not all now). Should have resulted in skinny right? NOPE. Just the opposite. I am thicker now then at the beginning of the year! I did strict power lifting from my March Marathon to the start of my Fall Marathon training in August. That is a long time with a few 3 milers here and there.
I am so much bigger now! Even my bust has gotton so much bigger! Oh and my legs YIKES! I understand WT and no cardio is great for people who really want mass. I expected some gain but whoa
I only Got in 10 of my 17 miles today. At mile 3 I started to feel so sick to my stomach I even had to remove my hydration belt
I thought i was gonna toss my breaky! For real! I pushed through and made it to 10 and even got in a bike ride tonight.
I am really concentrating on my nutrition and feeling I am getting back on track! Wish me luck!!
