Good day today, I got a lot done, including making up yesterdays workouts and sneaking in a run before the rain. Did okay with my eating today and am finishing up my water as I type.
I was talking to a friend today about my dilemma with not losing any pounds yet. Thinking it's a combination of factors and going to keep on keeping on and trusting that I known what I'm doing works.
The 4 day weekend is upon me, I'm hoping it's productive.
Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-eat consciously and track food
-skinny jeans challenge day 11
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed by 11
