I started with a personal trainer on Tuesday. It was actually fun. I expected to be sore, and it was the next day. Not too bad. But today I can barely move my arms. I feel like I am crippled. I don't mind a little pain and discomfort while working out but two days later I should not feel like this! I went to the gym again today, hoping it will help. I can't go to work another day with arms that I literally cannot straighten!
