I just came back from my lunch time walk, 3.1 miles. It was a little on the cool side today, which means I didn't sweat as much as I do when it is hot.
I may get a second walk in today. I know I need to. I didn't walk yesterday because of the rain. My weight is still going up and down on the scale, but never pass 290.4. I guess that's a good thing because it means I am maintaining my 52 pound weight loss. I probably need to start strength training again. Maybe I'll start this week.
