Why My Weight Loss Stalls

Stuffing my Feelings- Especially when I have a bad day I just really want some comfort food and to veg out on the couch.
- Solution: Don't keep comfort food in the house and take a walk before I let myself sit down and relax.
Eating Too Much Salty Food: Not only is this bad for my blood pressure, but it also causes swelling and water retention. I don't add salt, but I do go for the pre-salted food, LOL
- Solution: Don't keep salty food in the house (i.e. tortilla chips) and remember how painful it is when my legs swell and get itchy from too much salt
Schedule Changes/Not Fitting in Exercise - my work schedule has increased by quite a few hours lately and I am finding it hard to squeeze in my exercise
- Solution - I have started going to bed a little earlier every night so I have more time in the morning to work out.
