Last night it got chilly, and this morning the leaves are showing a little more color. Work went fine, but I am very tired, as I usually am on Thursdays. Exhausted is more the word.
I need to make some supper, and relax.
Relaxation has got to be top on my list, next to getting enough sleep. I am feeling the effects of stress and not quite getting as much sleep as I need. I also have to reinforce my efforts to make sure I am staying hydrated, and get more salads in.
Life is a constant balance, isn't it.
Now to go make some supper, then put my feet up.

By the way, I have still been walking at least 1.25 - 2 miles every day at work (3 days per week), I just have been negligent to write anything down, because I have been really staying away from the computer, a lot, lately. See the note about being overstressed and needing sleep. Rest has been taking priority.
