ok, so maybe this directly contradicts my previous blog, but i am curious about something, and would love input.
i am 25, i am social, i like to drink and go out to eat. however, i do not lose weight doing these things. on an almost daily basis, i have to "weigh" (no pun intended?!) the option of whether i want to go out after work with my friends/boyfriend and get food + alcohol (now bear in mind, i do not mean like going balls out and eating pizza + beer...im talking wine + apps) or do i want to stick to my perfectly crafted plan.
and honestly, it ends up about 50/50. and when i stick to my perfectly crafted plan, i lose weight. and when i go out for wine and apps, i don't. so how do i make this work? how do i enjoy my life while still losing weight?
HOW ARE YOU ALL DOING IT?!?!?
