New Diet 2013

High protein, non fat(s) diet.
Cinnamon used as an additive to my coffee, milk, sweet foods.
Aerobic exercise only
Deep breathing exercise (that tricks the body into thinking it is working out aerobically)
Water yoga, water Pilates
Hot tubing, both dry and wet saunas. (all reduce weight and detox)
Multiply my ideal weight, times (x's) the number 10, and that give me my daily calorie count limit. 120 goal weight is 1,200 calories a day.
Keep diet a secret from friends and family.
