126.6 today, so for right now I'm still above 126 more than I'm below. However, today I put on an outfit I bought in July to wear to the Senior Dance and the skirt and belt were obviously too big. Might be the core strength training or perhaps the 4 or 5 pounds I've lost since July. Probably some of both.
Enjoyed the dancing with my hubby and the line dancing, too, today. On Tuesday of this week hubby and I took our first dance lesson ever together. This week we worked on the foxtrot. We probably will continue to take some ballroom dance lessons. I see that hubby's stamina on the dance floor is improving, although he doubted it when I made that comment. I think he enjoys it and I know I do. Some other ballroom dance opportunities are available around town that I think we can work into our current child care and other schedule. Not sure we'll want to compete in the dance events at the Senior Games, but you never know.
