Quick Update

Thursday, October 10, 2013

Have spent the last two days with doctors. Yesterday I went to the ortho man. Since the pain has become tolerable and at times nonexistent I will not see him again unless things flare up again.
Today was the cardiologist. It did not take long before I got in but it seemed like I would never get through with everything. The first thing they did was do an ekg, then checked me out and went through the computer and looked up things so we knew exactly where we were standing. I have a monitor on for the next thirty days and am taking isosorb which is a time released form of nitro. Nothing else going on there. I knew they would do something since the episode last week.
Now I have to wait on the pathology reports from the dermatologist. Won't be surprised if they find out that the biopsies are positive for squamous cell carcinoma.
I spent over half of my day at SBL and have not get started in here. I did fix something to eat because I was feeling sick and did not want my sugar level to bottom out. While I was at Walmart I picked up a rotisserie chicken and had 1/4 if a chicken breast and sliced tomato for what I guess you would call brunch. I did not eat anything before I went this morning and because I hadn't they could go ahead and do the blood work today instead of having to go out another day.
I am going to bake a cake today. I got a sugar free yellow cake mix, sugar free banana pudding, bananas and light cool whip. Now I just have to get my lazy buttinsk going and get things done.
God bless
