so as previously mentioned, i have set an almost-insane goal for myself to reach 142 by 10/22/13. not only is that goal semi-insane, but i have no scale right now, so i have no idea how close or far i am!
that being said, the only way to make progress towards this goal is make sure that i am eating well and burning cals! here is my plannn:
eating never changes -- around 100 g of carbs, up to 60 g of fat, 140-150 g of protein + lotsa veg + water water water!
today: i have been sneaking in walks, because i have class after work...no time for zee gymmm
tomorrow: lunch-time walk! FULL HOUR! NO EXCUSES haha
10/12: gym! or outside runnin
10/13: gym! or outside runnin
10/14: MOVINGGGG!!!!!!!! (yes, this counts! i was so sore after moving this week haha [ps oh my god cannot believe i am finally moving...and it is so so so soon!!!!!])
10/15: off day!
10/16: gym! or outside runnin
10/17: lunch-time walk!
10/18: gym! or outside runnin
10/19: gym! or outside runnin
10/20: walking around ikea all day :)
10/21: lunch-time walk!
10/22: the big dayyy :)
