I was searching all weekend for the tracker I misplaced and sourt of gave up.
I just sort of let it go.
WELL I get my car washed and vaccuumed about every week or so and I was past due so I took it to the car wash and they found it while vacuuming the back seat. I do not know how it got there .
So I took the time yesterday to do a ten minute" work out " by walking back and forth while I was waiting for an appointment. I ended up walking over 20 and I did a routine my water aerobics instructor taught us. My brain could not wrap around it but it goes.
Right leg knee up, left leg kick forward then right leg kick right,
left leg knee up, right leg kick forward then left leg kick left.
And I am still slow, I have to concentrate, but I can do it on land.
Next water aerobics it should be easier to do the side kicks in the water.
