My mantra has always been: Attitude is everything. Pick a good one!
So where has my "good" attitude gone?
I seem to have lost my drive lately. My goal of 10,000 steps per day has dwindled to 5,000 on a good day!
I haven't been doing any strength training.
I have tracked at least one meal a day but I am going way over on fat and calories.
I'm not eating enough fruit and vegetables.
I was sick but now I'm just tired!
Seems that since I stopped doing all those healthy things my attitude has slipped. Or maybe it was when I let my attitude slip that I stopped doing those healthy things. Either way it's a vicious cycle.
So I am going to find my way back to that attitude menu and pick a good one!
