Lost one pound plus since tracking food intake. Yeah me! Rather than the scales going to other way.
Food intake - been between 1200-1300 calories a day, protein is close or over 60 a day, still need to work on decreasing the fat though and carbs are running about the same everyday (some days I am low here but I don't think it's enough to matter).
Day THREE of no McD lattes! Woot! Sure do miss that delish taste in the morning but continuing to drink coffee with 15 calorie creamer instead. :) Still working on increasing H2O though. Can't seem to get into the taste....does water really have a "taste"? hehe
