It's time for a challenge

Starting today October 10th-November 8th I am going to see how many days I can log ALL my food and Exercise .... I'm not worried about them being in a row I just want to see how many of the next 30 days I can do both those things.

    I have a basic phone...I have no desire to have internet on my phone so that wont be happening for a long time......

Do you have the SP app? I use that every day, its hard for me to find time to get on the computer, but I always have my phone. I downloaded it when it was free but then had to have my phone wiped and now its $3.99, which honestly is expensive for an app! But I think it was worth it, I use it daily!
