"All know the way; few actually walk it."
Even though I thought I knew "how to lose weight" in my younger days, Sparkpeople has helped me learn many things and reinforce the better habits. A better attitude has been my strongest ally. Measuring my food and paying attention to those portion sizes does not feel like deprivation to me now - after a lifetime of judging each food to be "good" or "bad".
So many old lessons to "un-learn"... keep on truckin', everyone!
