You were with me all day (Wed). That's how often I thought about eating and I would say "you don't want to report how you went over your calorie range - you didn't meet your goals". So because of you... I can report that my results were good. My calorie count was 1666 (it's supposed to be 1500) I was over on the fat and calories but met my carbs and went under my protein. But that is a vast improvement of 2000 or more. I had to fight alot of temptation. I went to the supermarket and I was tempted to buy some cookies but
came to my mind and I pushed on.
My son forgot to tell me that soccer practice had changed to a different venue - so I ended up missing my workout because I had to find him. I was a bit frustrated and I chided myself " don't plant your corn according to your son's rain. Get up in the morning and do your exercise". So this morning got up and did the workout.
The plan for the day. I must say you guys made me accountable. It was a powerful moment. I had to dig really deep. My goal today is the same as yesterday. But if I maintain 1666 = C 1500 = B 1200 = A+
