September catch up....

Hi...time to get my spark back!!

Sorry I have missed so many blogs...fall and harvest is such a busy time here in the country...we have most of the fall jobs done..just bales to haul and corrals to clean. We even did some combining this year and have 1 1/2 graineries full of oats. We are just on the 3rd day of hauling bales and have about 1500 huge round bales to haul in and try to get 10 to 12 loads of 11 bales at a time per day.....yes weeks left :) My garden is about wrapped up..just a small row of swiss chard left.

Since my theme for September was learning I'd say I learned quite a lot some good some not so good...been going through some stuff with one of my daughters again and on came the emotional eating...groan!!

I joined the Fall 5% challenge and this time around I am on the Awesome A team (when you sit out a challenge they give you no choice) I am rearing to go!! just what I need to motivate me!!

~lots and lots of water....check
~back to basics.....not so good
~track food...not so good
~blog....not so good
~work on routines...check
~work on simplifying...some
~work on fun...mostly
~work on connecting...mostly
~fall into fall...check...Fall is one of my favorite seasons!!

So some of my goals have been met but I have a long way to go and the emotional eating has taken over and the weight has crept back on....groan!!
