On day 4 I had a piece of cake and a scoop of ice cream at a dinner party. I was going to allow myself dessert on that night, and that is the only dessert I've eaten all week.
Day 5 and 6 have been uneventful. No desserts or sweets or chocolate.
The teaspoon of sugar that I put on my cereal has become too sweet, so I'm going to cut it back to half a teaspoon from now on.
I've been managing my sweet tooth with fruit and the occasional coffee with sweetener.
What a boring challenge to be blogging!
