I ate well today, logged my food, drank my water and did 30 minutes if Kickboxing. I did not do my skinny jeans challenge for the day, but I plan to make it up tomorrow. Heading to bed now. I work a half day tomorrow and then have a 4 day weekend. Lots of time to get stuff done (hopefully). Make tomorrow great!

Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-eat consciously and track
-5k+ run and 2 days of skinny jeans challenge
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed by 10

    Keep 'er Sparkin'!

I wish I could catapult myself to bed by 10...lol! It always drifts to 11 or sometimes later and I really feel the difference with that extra hour lost!
