I'm finally getting back a little bit of an exercise routine. But my eating and coffee consumption are still in excess. My youngest child started school one month ago and I thought I'd have time for myself. Where is that time?
Some of it I committed beforehand. Some of it I exercise. Some of it I go shopping. Some of it I help other people. Some of it is meetings. Some of it I garden. It seems it's mostly under my control, I need to claim it back.
So this month I mostly devoted my time to my garden (no regrets and should taper after two more weeks), my church (good reasons and I'll get that time back next week), shopping (maybe it's time to be less impulsive so not so much time goes here). It's time to take an accounting of my time to limit the things I don't need to do and make time for me.
