The hardest thing I have dealt with all along is drinking my 8 cups of water. Tinasw suggested that I may be trying to drink at the wrong times. Sure enough, when I attempt to drink during or right after my workout, I am able to finish a cup, maybe 2 each time. I am finding that along with drinking more water, I am drinking less coffee.
