Note: Strength training days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Isolation exercises are held as necessary on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Squat 5x5x66, 3x5x96, 3x5x116, 3x5x136 (70 Reps for 6870). Today did not go well. My weak point are the abductors; during warm-ups I could feel them straining even after 70 Reps with light weights. Thought I could work through it and loaded the bar with 146 pounds. I lifted the bar off the pins, stepped back, set my body and started to descend – WHOA! I got the feeling that if I completed the descent, getting up would tear one of my abductors. So I promptly put the bar back onto the pins. Such is life – I’ll be back on Friday.
Overhead Press 2x5x45, 1x5x55, 1x5x85 (20-Reps for 1,150). My right shoulder (replaced) was aching and again not want to push it did not advance the weights.
Deadlift 1x5x135 (5 Reps for 635). Lifting with proper form I could feel the right shoulder starting to strain.
It was not my body’s day to push on.
Total Volume for Wednesday: 95 Repetitions for 8,695 Pounds. Have a good lift, Earl
