So my son is now 8 months old. I have managed to not only fully drop my pregnancy weight, but get down to about 15lbs lighter than I was before I became pregnant. I have started drinking a lot more soda, but with good reason. I am contently exhausted and that seems to be the only that gets me through the day when I can't nap. (If anyone has any other ideas, I'm open to suggestions.) I've tried everything I can think of (coffee, energy drinks) and Dr. Pepper seems to be the only thing that helps. I know this isn't related to my son because it would happen even when he would spend the night at his grandmothers house and I could get a full 8 hours sleep. I am in the process of seeing my dr about a sleep study/ vitamin b12 deficiency. I keep stumbling but have yet to fully fall. I know all the tools I need to succeed, I just need to remember to use them. I will never fully fall, I will just have moments where life tries to trip me, but I just walk on by.
