Ok so it's day 2 of starting over (again) I made a conscious effort to prepare for my breakfast - and so far so good - I don't feel hungry after eating my oatmeal and I have left over philly cheesesteak from yesterday where i'll jus eat the meat for lunch and I'll go get a protein bar from the store on my back from the mall (to get my brows done).
By then I would have exercised my 10 minutes and walked my required mile and I'll weigh myself at Josette's house.
By the end of the day I would have completed all my goals for the day :)
