Day 1 of the ZERO to 1650 swim plan

I intended to start this on Monday but I got stuck at work so I had to wait until yesterday. I'm not sure if it was an anomaly or what but when I got to the pool things were eerily quiet. I've let the idea of having to wait for a lane convince me to skip swimming before so it would be great if I've managed to stumble on a slow period at the pool.
Week 1 of the plan is for a total of 700 yards for a total of 2100 yards for the week:
4x100 yards (rest for 12 breaths between sets)
4x50 yards (rest for 8 breaths)
4x25 yards (rest for 4 breaths)
So basically 14 laps. This is actually less than I was doing, but I decided to stick with it and follow the plan. It ended up being pretty easy. The instructions said not to worry about speed just try to do smooth, comfortable strokes.
My new goggles did not fog up so that was a win. I've tried all the tricks and nothing was working. This weekend I broke down and got new goggles that specifically said they were anti-fog. It's the little things isn't it.
Odd thing though, I felt a little dizzy when I got out of the pool. I don't know if it was the chlorine or if I just swam a little faster than I realized. I didn't do any cool down, pretty much just jumped in, did the program, and left so maybe that was the problem. It didn't last very long, by the time I got to the shower I was fine I just think I need to keep an eye on that.
