I totally did awesome with keeping up with my fitness goals today, and to top it off I did better with my eating as well, minus missing breakfast... and a late supper but at least 2 meals is better than 1
But in total seriousness I have done a lot better with the eating in a sense, I really think I could only take it one day at a time right? I think so :) I did 33 minutes cardio on the elliptical a 17 minute vigorous walk with Conner which to my surprise did not put him to sleep BOO!!! Stubborn child lol .. and I also did some strength training.
Even tho the day was super stressful with a fussing baby all morning, a late start to dropping off my 4 yr old at preschool and going across the city to pick up my kitty because he got out of the house and my neighbor is just a big ole meanie... nice version
I still managed to get out and do what I told myself I would do regardless of feeling down, stressed, tired and just overall blah but I can definitely say without a doubt that I feel awesome for doing it!!
Until later I am now on the attempt of going to sleep at a decent time super duber tired
