Still struggling with migraines.
Seeing my doctor tomorrow. Hope to put an end to this issue. Stayed to course today by the way of eating.
and made sure to get in all my water.
Did some walking
at lunch and a couple of sets of push ups and crunches. Trying to stay true to the plan, 10,20 or 30 mins. a day to stay consistent.
Tomorrow is a new day, will resume my regular work outs and keep my eye on the prize.
