Day 191 - I Lost 30 Pounds!

Finally! After a full month, it seems, I lost that pound to make 30 pounds lost! 52 more pounds to go!!! (though my doctor said I should lose 42 more pounds instead...)

This morning, I jogged 3 miles. I wish I could have done more but that darn foot sprain is still bothering me. Grrrrr...... I am walking normal and I am now at the point where I can ignore the pain...or the pain is gone...until I overdo it with walking or jogging excessively. I also feel it whenever I sit cross legged on the couch. Oh well, I am sure by Halloween, it would just be a memory.

I also noticed today that my size 16 jeans is getting looser! I probably have about 8 to 10 pounds to go before I am able to get into a size 14. That would be sweet!
