So I just finished my 6 weeks of bulk phase and my goals were:
1. Add 1/2" to arms
-Result - added 5/8"
2. Increase max bench press from 175 - 200 lbs
-Result - took me until the last day, but I lifted the 200 lbs
3. Gain overall muscle mass/weight
-Result - gained 5.5 lbs
Now on to calorie/carb cutting and extra cardio. Goal for the next 4 weeks - lose the belly fat and get back down to 178 - 180 lbs.
