Anybody do another Jessica workout today? THank you all for your comments and you aren't the only ones realizing that there is no excuse. Another trick I've shared is even when you want to watch tv, you can have your laptop or ipod/ipad (don't have one, don't know) close by and walk while you watch. We can do this....
Today, was my diabetic clinic appt. From their records, I am down 8 lb since July, it didn't seem like that much, but when someone else is recording it and comes up with those results, you gotta accept it.. And my AIC went up a touch, but she said it is NORMAL and not to worry, my LDL and my triglycerides went down a couple notches, so for sure all this hard work is working... just not the way I was expecting, but we all know it's NOT really the number on the scale, it's our health and the way we feel... And for sure my BP is 110/60 because of all that walking.
Buddy and I got 7.5km in again today. And I had compliments from 3 different people today about how good I look, and not my age..... CELEBRATE!
I did start the 17 Day Diet again today to try to pump it up. Already, I can really feel my tummy flatten, this is so amazing... feels good. I have all my veggies prepped, so raring to go. And remembering back to July when I did this last, I am so looking forward to stopping the cravings as that is one of the first things I notice with eating lo carb and lo GI.
brekkie - greek yogurt, apple
lunch - tuna, cole slaw, cucumber, grapefruit
snack - cauliflower tortilla, mackerel, yellow beans
supper - tilapia, cucumber, green salad with mushrooms & bacon bits
snack - coleslaw, yogurt
