To my willpower with food? I used to be much better about getting back on the wagon with regard to food but now as I get older my willpower to do this has diminished. Exercise, not an issue. I can do that. Eating however, my demise. I actually get anxious on a daily basis about it. I don't know if I need a diet or psychologist. Maybe both. Very frustrated with myself.
