This was a stressful day at work-- but I did not cave in.
I woke up much too early this morning and decided to make tonight's dinner. I made a pot of whole wheat spaghetti with lots of veggies. It was too late by then to go back to bed, but enough time for a quick walk to the library to return some books.
Everyone was stressed out at work. I ignored the candy in the break room. I did not OD on my dark chocolate stash. I turned down an offer of a candy apple lollipop. I stuck to my usual one and a half cups of coffee.

you've been so strong, reward yourself with a nice warm shower, maybe some pampering then crawl into bed and as you fall asleep congratulate yourself for sticking to your nutrition plan and not stress eating, get a good night's sleep, that will make you feel much better by morning!
